Privacy Policy

1. Overview
At rdbt Client, we value your trust and are committed to protecting your privacy. This Privacy Policy describes how we collect, store, secure, and process your information when you use the rdbt Client v5 software, authenticate via our web dashboard, or interact with our backend services.
2. Information We Collect & Store
To provide secure client services, prevent abuse, and deliver a smooth user experience, our systems securely process and record specific categories of data within our database environment.
• Discord Account Information
We store your unique Discord ID, username, and avatar URL when you link your account. This is used to personalize your dashboard experience and power future planned remote control features (which will enable secure remote monitoring and management of your active client sessions directly via Discord or the web).
• IP Address History & Abuse Logs
We log network activity to maintain system integrity and prevent platform abuse. This includes recording your last active IP address and a history of IP addresses tied to your Discord ID, along with connection timestamps (first seen, last seen, and total connection count). This data is crucial for rate limiting, identifying spam patterns, and preventing malicious API abuse or botting attempts on our public backend services.
• Authentication Sessions & Device Tokens
To securely connect your in-game Minecraft client with your dashboard, we process temporary device codes, session identifiers, and cryptographically hashed refresh tokens. These tokens maintain active sessions securely without requiring re-authentication. Hashed tokens and revoked session records are automatically discarded or rotated upon expiration or user logout.
• Platform Integrity & Rate Limiting
To guarantee platform stability, we track API request counts, download cooldowns, and integrity hashes of verified software binaries. This enables us to prevent denial-of-service attempts and secure the distribution of authentic client releases.
3. How We Use the Information
We use the collected information for the following specific purposes:
- Remote Control & Session Tracking: Linking active game sessions to your Discord profile for future remote administration features.
- Security: Validating client binary integrity to prevent malicious distributions.
- Abuse Prevention: Applying rate-limits and monitoring connection logs to prevent spam and abuse.
- Moderation: Maintaining records of actions (e.g. bans, mutes, warnings) to keep the community environment safe.
4. Data Protection & Security
All data is housed inside secure Cloudflare D1 databases. Sensitive tokens are never stored in plain text; they are cryptographically hashed and automatically invalidated after expiration dates. Furthermore, connections are protected via SSL/TLS encryption.
5. Your Rights & Data Deletion
You have the right to request a copy of the data we store about you or request its permanent erasure. If you wish to delete your account data, please contact legal@rdbt.top.
